''Como Agua Para Chocolate''

Trickle your taste buds! This restaurant is worth it!

This restaurant is one of the best table in Santiago.

The restaurant room is romantic and dishes are elegantly presented on wooden trays. The kitchen is authentic, qualitative and sophisticated. It’s a combination between Mexican, Peruvian, Chilean dishes. Specialities are local as fajitas with varied and copious sides. The Pisco in the aperitif is unforgettable as well as the sea fruit cocktail freshly served at the bar. Fishes and meats are cooked in a wood-fire oven in juices of citrus and spices (fish Congrio or ceviche are delicious with a bottle of Carmanere). The desserts are succulent; we recommend the Dulce of three chocolate or a Tres Leche Cake.

The decoration is marvellous, in a flaming red with colourful flowers. It looks like a theatre set which represents a Spanish patio.

This atmosphere will not let you cold.

The restaurant room is gigantic but there is also a mezzanine with wrought iron’s balustrade on the first floor.

The place is considered trendy in the district of Barrio Bellavista. You must book in advance. Warm service and excellent food. What more could you ask for?

For a complete meal, it something like 30 000CLP for two hearty meals and two glasses of wine.

Furthermore, this restaurant is relatively close to Pablo Neruda’s residence.

A perfect way to delight you before going back to stride along the city.
