As you can guess, I’m going to share a heavenly place to stay in Tulum, Mexico with you!


So, this amazing place is called Azulik Resort and Maya Spa and it is so relaxing. From the moment you walk into this place, you can see some elevated wooden paths that bend in the nature and by the beach. Azulik Resort and Maya Spa aim to respect the natural environment of its surrounding and gathers the energy of the 4 elements and transform it into a unique experience. The accommodations are inspired by organic architecture and this adult-only resort implements self-sustainability systems for protection and optimal use of natural resources.

Azulik was built from native materials and decorated with stylish details that highlight its luxury. Each of 47 wooden-crafted villas are unique and inspired by the Mayan. This place allows you to disconnect yourself from your everyday life. Indeed, there is neither electric light nor television.

But don’t panic, even if there is no electricity Azulik still has a luxury offer: each villa come with a beautiful large bed with a grand mosquito net, handmade eco, artisanal and organic amenities, mosaic bathtub, a private terrace, two power outlets, a private bathroom…




Azulik Resort and Maya Spa offers, as we can read in its name, a spa where all treatments are specially designed with organic products and authentic purification rituals. It combines Mayan techniques and traditional spa treatments. You can also get a personalized therapy to ease any physical or spiritual ailment. As this place is really based on relaxing, you can also take yoga classes.

This eco-resort has a bio coffee where you can have breakfast and lunch. Also, there is a beach bar. This complex is situated at 3 km in the south of the archeological site of Tulum and at 4km from the city center. The international airport of Cancun is at one hour and a half from the hotel by car.
